About the role

You will support our project managers across software and marketing projects: planning sprints, running stand-ups, tracking tasks and keeping clients updated.

What you'll do

  • Plan project timelines, sprints and milestones with the team
  • Track tasks, risks and blockers in our project management tools
  • Take notes in client calls and share clear action items
  • Coordinate between designers, developers and marketers
  • Prepare status reports for clients and leadership

What we're looking for

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator in English, written and spoken
  • Basic understanding of how software or websites are built
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello or Notion is a plus
  • Students and recent graduates welcome
